TANF Cash Help

TANF stands fo Temporary Assistance for Needy Families. In 1982, the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) was created and given the leading role as the primary Federal agency to support health care providers in the U.S. Their function is to essentially maintain and improve access to health care services for people who are geographically isolated, low-income, or physically challenged.

  • Achieve Health Equity and Enhance Population Health - HRSA focuses on increasing access to health care and improving health outcomes for vulnerable populations by encouraging community partnerships with a well-rounded list of groups from all areas on the Nation.
  • Optimize HRSA Operations and Strengthen Program Management - HRSA is committed to ensuring the accountability of the resources Congress and the American taxpayers entrust to the agency.

The Earned Income Tax Credit is a benefit for working people with low to moderate income. To qualify, you must meet certain requirements and file a tax return, even if you do not owe any tax or are not required to file. EITC reduces the amount of tax you owe and may give you a refund. Community Outreach Centers

Community outreach centers help families to meet their basic needs. They operate in a wide variety of ways, such as setting up food banks, helping with utility bills and rent, helping with the purchase of household items, transportation for new jobs, and helping children with school supplies.
